I love Pickles! New Product Alert!- Seattle Co Pickles

Seattle really gave me the gift of these amazing pickles and this month, I will feature them on all of my charcuterie orders! They’re so delicious.

During our honeymoon stop in Seattle, Brandon and I sought out our favorite things. Always searching for the homemade and local products to bring back home to add to my charcuterie boards and for grilling season! This time as we were walking and being total tourist in Seattle’s infamous Pike Market we stumbled upon..Seattle Co Pickles!!

I absolutely love pickles! Whomever Thought to set some cucumbers in a jar or barrel with some vinegar and water and some seasonings, God favors you and me! I can’t get enough, in all my life I’ve only despised one flavor and that’s bread and butter. I really want bread and butter pickles to cease their existence, nobody and I mean not one person likes those.

I would bet that many people like myself were in a rush one day and accidentally picked those up and got home and silently cried when they discovered they had purchased Bread and butter pickles. Yes, I hate them and I’ll think I’ll start a petition. However Seattle Co. Pickles are by far some of the freshest pickles I’ve ever tasted.

What makes these pickles extraordinary is obviously some secret family recipe, the brine in which these pickles mature is unmatched. It’s not too salty, it’s not too much of a vinegar taste, the one stem of dill plant and pickling herbs, and has just got to be Starbucks filtered water or fresh spring water or mostly Like some filtered brackish water from the Puget Sound, I don’t know..but it’s delicious and it all that just marries all of this together. I think these are sealed with the breath of newborns and then stored in the Puget Sound to cool Temperatures. I can’t stop coming up with these magical reasonings, cause I don’t know but seriously y’all they’re so good.

They’re slightly crunchy but still suckable and you may not want to drink this juice but you may want to throw carrots in there just so that scrumptious brine doesn’t go to waste!

Seattle Co Pickles prides themselves on keeping it simple and fresh and you know what, I am with it. Here is their refreshing introduction.

“From the sweet briny-saltiness of the Pacific Ocean in the Puget Sound, to the fertile land that supports the many farms in the surrounding region, we are "combining & brining" the freshest ingredients to create that unique taste you can only find in the Pacific Northwest.“ Please enjoy our pickles & pickled products! and I am, and you should too. Make sure you order a Charcuterie Board from Thee Lit House this month at www.TheeLitHouse.com to experience the yummy freshness only found in the Pacific Northwest! That’s yums y’all!
